How You'll Make An Impact

As a Social Analyst, Revenue Partnerships Enablement, you will create, optimize and manage the development of paid social media campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking influencer performance, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing strategies to enhance engagement, viewership, and brand awareness for advertiser campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital content, has a deep understanding of Social Media & YouTube algorithms, and excels in data analysis to drive meaningful insights. You are a sharp, intuitive, hard-working individual excellent at overcoming challenges in a positive, well thought out manner. You have the ability to make a difference and ensure successful campaign execution to highly tailored custom mulit-platform campaigns. You must be exceptional at communication, collaboration, prioritizing, and possess exceptional project management skills while being incredibly solutions driven. You thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy building relationships. As a problem solver with strong communication skills, you can articulate highly detailed and nuanced information in a clear, effective and positive manner.

This is a cross-functional role and offers the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our rapidly growing podcast business. Success in this role will rely heavily on the ability and willingness to support and contribute to creative Social Media & YouTube campaign management, to become an indispensable resource to our sales team, as well as client and agency partners.

What You'll Do

  • Create, plan and implement paid social campaigns for clients and partners that align with overall campaign goals.
  • Manage the launch of social campaigns once sold (confirming all media is booked/reserved correctly, communicating final details internally to each business team).
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of advertiser campaigns across Youtube & Social Media.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as views, engagement rates, subscriber growth, click-through rates, and conversion metrics across YouTube and Social Media platforms.
  • Be proficient in and understand how to operate Google Ad & Meta Ad Manager platforms, in an effort to effectively manage advertising campaigns.
  • Generate regular reports on Creator campaign performance and growth metrics, offering clear recommendations for improvement, communicating findings to key stakeholders across the business.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal/external partners to develop a Social Media & YouTube growth strategy.
  • Work with influencers and the content teams to optimize video titles, thumbnails, tags, descriptions, and publishing schedules for YouTube.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the social space.
  • Keep a tight grip on the market and competitor analysis to discover new opportunities and implement relevant changes.
  • Leverage influencer and partner relationships to increase reach and credibility with advertisers.
  • Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase and promote brand awareness.
  • Managing high-level custom campaigns with transparency and accountability while building strong relationships, preserving sales, and driving positive campaign results.
  • Ability to consistently manage-up while ensuring all campaigns are on-track and moving forward through the campaign cycle.
  • Memorialize and articulate all pre/post sale needs and requirements to client, agency and sales.partners to ensure all expectations are established in the pre-sale stage.
  • Diagnose campaign issues and advise/establish plan of action, track implementation and identify potential areas of process optimization as part of post-sale project management.
  • Deepen relationships across internal teams in addition to external teams.

What You’ll Need

  • 1-3 years of experience managing and analyzing paid social media campaigns.
  • In-depth understanding of SEO, keyword research and Google analytics specifically for IG, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Well versed in social media platforms, analytics, and trends
  • Ability to understand data and provide insights from it
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience either working for, or closely with, media and creative agencies and podcast content creators.
  • Excellent communicator with a hyper focus attention to detail, holding cross functional teams accountable and properly translating the needs of both the partners and clients to internal teams throughout the pre and post sale process.
  • Strategically-minded. Must be able to spot opportunities to add value at every stage.
  • Strong client-facing background – solid presentation skills and excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Upbeat, entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Ability to manage people and effectively juggle various projects at once.
  • An articulate professional with excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Collaborative with the ability to build strong relationships with external and internal partners.
  • Organized & detail-oriented with ability to thrive in nuances/ambiguity.
  • Able to work well under pressure and adapt in the face of ever-changing projects.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $54,200 to $78,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
