We are looking for a Trade and Customs Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals starting their careers in trade compliance and customs, offering a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in managing import / export regulations, trade compliance programs, and basic data analytics. The position focuses on process improvement, audit readiness, and ensuring regulatory compliance, with opportunities to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
Your Role as a Trade & Customs Coordinator :
Trade Compliance and Classification :
- Review product descriptions and technical data to classify items under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) in compliance with government regulations.
- Maintain and update a database of product classifications as product details or regulations change.
- Work with internal teams to gather accurate product information for classification purposes.
