My client is looking to add a Marketing Brand & Event Coordinator to their growing team! This candidate will report to the international Marketing Manager and collaborate with all Sales and Corporate teams. My client works with various industries : Automotive, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Aerospace / Defense contractors all across the US and Internationally.
The ideal candidate would have a Bachelor’s Degree along with 3 years of proven Marketing, Branding and Event / Trade Show experience preferably within Engineering, Manufacturing, and or Assembly industries. Responsibilities of the role include :
- Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, trade shows, and promotional activities that align with HQ brand and corporate culture. Travel up to 5-10 times per year, 2-3 days each trip.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop event themes and objectives that resonate with employees and stakeholders.
- Manage logistics for events including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site coordination.
- Create and maintain event timelines and detailed project plans to ensure successful execution.
- Gather and analyze feedback from event participants to assess effectiveness and improve future events.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote corporate culture across all departments.
- Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure alignment with brand values and messaging.
- Serve as a liaison between teams to promote a unified brand identity and cultural vision.
- Liaise closely with sales teams and international marketing to coordinate US and Canadian project tasks, schedules, and collaborative efforts.
- Identify key industry players, such as networks and associations, to foster relationships and expand network.
