Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations across multiple manufacturing facilities. This key leadership role will ensure the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of all sites, while driving continuous improvements in productivity, quality, and overall operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of multiple manufacturing facilities, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies across all facilities.
- Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and resource allocation to optimize workflow.
- Collaborate with department heads, including production, logistics, and sales, to streamline processes and improve communication.
- Implement and monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and improve operational efficiencies across all locations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop facility managers and their teams.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to senior management.
- Coordinate with HR on workforce planning, training, and safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of operations management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple facilities and driving operational improvements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in operations management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
