Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team managing renewable energy transactions across North America.
- Oversee and optimize PPA procurement, balancing risk while streamlining complex processes.
- Manage relationships with buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth execution of energy agreements.
- Provide insights through data analysis and reports to support procurement decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on renewable energy markets and procurement tools.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance platform capabilities.
- Maintain strong customer engagement and ensure seamless communication with stakeholders.
- 6 years of experience in renewable energy PPA origination, project management, or voluntary energy procurement.
- 3 years of leadership experience managing high-performing transaction teams.
- Expertise in PPA contracting across multiple North American markets.
- Strong understanding of renewable energy development, market fundamentals, and compliance regulations.
- Experience with Renewable Energy Certificates and knowledge of Tax Credit Transfers is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Salesforce, and project management tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate complex negotiations with professionalism and confidence.
