- Job Duties:Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's overall business goals.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all HR-related matters.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and retention programs.
- Implement talent management strategies to identify and develop high-potential employees.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations issues.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Manage and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure compensation and benefits are aligned with industry standards.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee performance and development.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management processes.
- Facilitate training related to performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Manage HR-related risk and ensure data privacy and security.
- Identify Training needs and implement programs to fill those needs.
- Oversee employee professional development.
- Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in HRIS systems.
