Position Responsibilities:
- Managing all HR functions such as health insurance, payroll, EEOC, unemployment, FMLA, etc.
- Implementing and annually updating compensation program, conducting annual salary surveys and analyzing compensation.
- Develop, recommend and implement personnel policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee handbook on such policies and procedures.
- Responsible for regulatory filings.
- Coordinate annual benefit open enrollment process.
- Maintain employment records such as hiring, promotions, issues, terminations, etc.
- Manage job offers and order background checks.
- Handle onboarding requirements for new hires.
- Serve as the HR contact for all employees.
- Ensure company compliance with federal and state laws that affect HR issues.
- Advise employees on benefits, company procedures and more.
To be a good fit for this opportunity, you will have:
- At least 3 years of experience in HR.
- At least 1 year of management experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Working with an international team a plus!
- A warm personality and ability to connect on all levels.
- Superb communication skills including both verbal and written.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong self-motivation and a positive approach.
- An accurate and detail-oriented approach to work.
