The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources activities within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager serves as the key point of contact for employees and leadership regarding HR-related matters, ensuring that the company's HR policies and procedures align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing job offers. Collaborate with department heads to ensure the staffing needs are met.
Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive organizational culture. Foster an environment of open communication and inclusivity.
Performance Management: Assist in the design and implementation of performance evaluation systems. Provide guidance to managers and employees on setting objectives and conducting performance reviews.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and support the creation and delivery of employee development programs. Encourage continuous learning and growth.
Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair offerings. Advise management on salary structures, bonuses, and other benefits.
Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations. Update policies and procedures to reflect legal requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:
