Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic product development planning, creating comprehensive business plans to achieve ambitious goals.
- Drive revenue growth through the successful development of new products, content expansions, and product enhancements.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps for all product lines, ensuring they align with customer needs and contribute to overall revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to define effective sales strategies for all product lines.
- Partner with technical development teams to ensure timely and successful completion of product development initiatives, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Spearhead the implementation of new technology as applicable.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in product development, marketing, or a related field.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior business leaders.
- Exceptional project management skills and a proven ability to manage complex projects effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
