- Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory management, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and organized.
- Execute order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Apply retail math skills to assist in sales analysis and inventory control.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations and address any issues that arise.
- Demonstrate phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or concerns over the phone.
- Utilize Excel for reporting purposes, maintaining records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics.
- Familiarize yourself with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for operational efficiency.
Skills
