Panhandle Getaways is adding to our team and seeks an experienced housekeeping inspector for our units in Panama City Beach. This position is responsible for inspecting condominiums, townhomes, and beach houses to ensure our high standard of cleanliness is achieved after each guest stay. Bilingual is a plus!
This is a full-time, year-round position that will include some weekends, nights and holidays. We offer a full slate of benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, PTO and paid holidays.
Duties and Qualifications
- Inspecting various condominiums, townhomes and beach houses to ensure cleanliness.
- Running items to various rental units when needed.
- Replenishing units with various items / coffee pots, irons, mops, etc.
- Touch-up cleaning if necessary
- Maintaining a relationship with contract cleaners
- High school or equivalent education preferred.
- Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping inspecting, preferably in a vacation rental environment.
- Must possess valid Driver’s License and clean driving record for the past three years.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
