Contracts Manager
Panhandle Power Solutions LLC is an Alaska Native-owned company who services include complete underground / overhead utility services; large scale lighting retrofits; emergency power / load shed systems; solar/PV systems; battery energy storage systems (BESS); insulated concrete forms; masonry; flatwork-foundations/SOG.
Panhandle Power Solutions is looking for a Contracts Manager. This position will be reporting to our Destin, FL office location.
Key Responsibilities:
· Review bond invoices for overhead expenses
· Review and process bonds and bond requests
· Review and negotiate small dollar commercial contracts and modifications (as needed)
· Review federal prime contracts and modifications (as needed)
· Assist with issuing and tracking subcontracts, purchase orders, consulting agreements and modifications
· Track prime contract information in Costpoint database
· Assemble and track all prime contract flowdowns
· Request certificate of insurance for prime contracts and other needs
· Review lien waivers and client releases
· Review and track teaming agreements
· Review and track NDAs
· Administer Costpoint Materials module controls and settings (updating as needed)
· Administer subcontract templates
Basic Qualifications:
· 5 years in administrative support or other similar experience
· Some federal contract management experience
· Some procurement/subcontracting experience is a plus
· Thorough understanding of federal contracting, FAR and FAR supplemental regulations
· Excellent organizational skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Experience using Costpoint and/or Sage Intact is a plus
