- Pay: Exempt - $41,600 - $52,000

- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and address gaps in performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and build relationships with referral sources and community organizations.
- Attend community events to network and generate referrals.
- Maintain strong client and patient relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions.
- Train, and manage staff to meet patient needs.
- Schedule employees with clients and manage payroll using Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system HHA eXchange.
- Provide leadership, conduct performance evaluations, and support professional development.
- Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards governing home healthcare.
- Conduct audits, implement corrective actions, and oversee quality improvement initiatives.
- Develop and manage the branch's budget to meet financial goals.
- Monitor expenses, revenue, and cash flow, implementing strategies to optimize performance.
- Coordinate with other branches and departments to align with organizational goals.
- Act as a liaison between the branch and corporate headquarters, addressing challenges proactively.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of customer service experience required.
- 1 years of home healthcare experience preferred.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish required
