What Our Client Needs :
Our client is looking for a Market Development Manager. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, channel partners, and solution partners, focusing on strategies to enhance the adoption of standards and solutions. You will act as a key point of contact for community members while driving collaborative efforts across business units and product lines.
You will also support customer and partner development using a service-level approach to account management and solution-driven sales. Additionally, you will contribute to the Market Development strategy by delivering innovative solutions tailored to customers' evolving needs, fostering the broader adoption of standards.

What You'll Do :
- Create and build marketing tools and resources for business development and strategic account management teams.
- Support renewals, upgrades, and new business revenue targets.
- Assist account management for key customer accounts to ensure products and solutions drive both short-term and long-term customer objectives.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure relevance and impact of key account strategies.
- Support prospecting efforts for channel partner and solution partner development.
- Coordinate and consult with internal matrix partners to deliver tailored solutions for customer needs.
- Identify and resolve account issues such as billing and customer service inquiries.
- Manage projects, coordinating communication across teams.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on communication and presentation needs.
This position requires up to 15% travel and has no supervisory responsibilities.
