What Our Client Needs :
Our client is looking for an Associate Technical Analyst to provide general network and computer support to internal customers. In this role, you will handle immediate analysis of customer issues, implement resolution actions, and maintain accountability until problems are fully resolved. Additionally, you will support IT systems, troubleshoot hardware / software, and assist in maintaining internal IT policies and practices.

You bring strong communication and troubleshooting skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
What Youll Do :
As an Associate Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving IT issues, managing support requests, and contributing to the smooth operation of internal systems.
Time Management and Organization :
- Manage and prioritize support requests using FreshService.
- Coordinate tasks among on-site and remote personnel, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Monitor team tickets to confirm adherence to procedures.
- Contribute to IT best practices and policy projects.
Customer Service and Problem-Solving :
Technical Support Responsibilities :
This position requires occasional travel to the Dayton office and has no supervisory responsibilities.
