The Position
The Billing Communications Representative for the Call Center will contribute to the fulfillment of Panorama Eyecare’s mission statement by assisting with calls and inquiries related to Anagram and out-of-network billing. This temporary role will play a critical part in providing clear, accurate, and empathetic explanations of billing processes to patients and clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Respond to inbound calls and emails from patients and clients regarding Anagram and out-of-network billing inquiries.
- Provide clear and accurate explanations of billing terms, processes, and statements.
- Assist patients in understanding their financial responsibilities, including copays, deductibles, and reimbursements.
- Work collaboratively with the billing and customer service teams to resolve complex billing issues.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the appropriate system for tracking and follow-up purposes.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Billing Manager or appropriate department as needed.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in medical billing or healthcare administration preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex billing concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Applications.

- Position is based at our Home Office location, Preston (2809 E. Harmony Rd Ste 210, Fort Collins, CO 80528)
- This is a Full-Time Position.
- Compensation for this role will be $17 - $18 an hour based on experience.
