What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant to CEO & COO position at Pansophic Learning?
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Executive Assistant supports the Executive suite and acts as the administrative manager for the Company's headquarters office. The Executive Assistant serves as intermediary between executive leadership and key stakeholders, such as employees, clients, and regulatory authorities. Please note that this position is a full-time in-office position.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain executive calendars, including travel booking
- Schedule and facilitate executive meetings
- Prepare presentations for internal and external audiences
- Ensure proper on-boarding of new hires in headquarters office
- Receive visitors in headquarters office
- Maintain proper office supply inventory
- Conduct market and legislative research as appropriate
- Direct press inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
