Researches, prepares, and produces media (computer interactive compact disks, audiovisual, film, video, still images) for training, sales, promotion, documentation, and other communicative purposes for both internal and external audiences. Consults with user to determine appropriate medium, creates product concepts, plans production, and produces media, which may involve scriptwriting, location scouting, shot selection, video shooting, tape logging, music and sound effect selection, video animation, digital effect creation, final editing, and tape duplication. Uses a variety of software applications, hardware platforms and output devices for digital image file transfer and manipulation. Uploads, processes, numbers, creates templates, and archives media. Liaises with vendors, ensuring scheduling, costs, and quality requirements are met.

- Bachelor's degree: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- OR Master's degree: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
