What You'll Do
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrative Supervisor for our Occupational Medicine Clinic at Pantex Site. This individual will oversee the administrative operations of the clinic, ensuring compliance with federal and state occupational health standards, DOE and NNSA health standards, and Pantex Deterance policies, while providing leadership to a multidisciplianry team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative work environment. The candidate will oversee daily operations of the administrative staff in the occupational medicine clinic, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatroy standards. They will track and report on key performance indicators related to clinic efficiency and patient outcomes. The candidate will assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures to support high-quality occupational health services. They will assist in supervising procurement of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and adherence to budgetary constraints. The candidate will maintain schedule work flow through administrative procedures. Furthermore, they will coordinate with OHS Manager and the site leadership to align clinic operations with company safety and health objectives.

Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working in a medical or occupational clinic
- Minimum 2 years of relevant supervisory/ management experience.
- Experience with emergency preparedness and response in an occupational setting
- Performance Excellence – training experience
- Two years of experience in a leadership or managerial role overseeing administrative healthcare teams
- Experience managing budgets, performance metrics and workplace safety initiatives.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance with OSHA, ADA, and FMLA.
- Experience using data to track health outcomes, improve clinic efficiency, and report on performance metrics.
- Certified or working towards Safety Professional or Associate Safety Professional Certification, or eligibility by the Board of certified Safety Professionals
- Must be certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)

Requires a Q clearance; however all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their current clearance status. The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy Q clearance is required.
Position may require entry into Materials Access Areas (MAA) and participation in the Human Reliability Program (HRP). If HRP is required, candidate must complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph, pursuant to 10CFR 709. Medical requirements may apply.
