WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - PLUMBER DISPATCHER
- Experience with a home service company is preferred
- Experience with a large volume of incoming / outgoing calls preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent typing and phone skills
- Good driving record

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP - PLUMBER DISPATCHER
This full-time dispatch position works Monday-Friday . On-call hours may be required depending on company needs.
As a full-time Customer Service Rep - Plumber Dispatcher, you keep our day-to-day operations running like a well-oiled machine.
When service calls come in, you promptly answer, thoroughly assessing the customer's every need. After pinpointing the issue, you quickly schedule a service appointment.
You also make outbound calls when needed. Highly organized, you dispatch our technicians for appointments, making sure they get where they need to be on time and with as much information about the job as possible.
You keep in contact with our customers until their technician has arrived, informing them of anticipated arrival times and possible delays.
