A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PLUMBING DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CSR
In this full-time dispatching position, you are a vital member of our team! Each day, you arrive at the office ready to keep our business running smoothly. You assist customers and schedule work appointments by promptly answering inbound phone calls and making outbound calls. Friendly and capable, you thoroughly listen to everything our customers tell you, ensuring they receive the correct services. Organized and efficient, you dispatch our field technicians to the appropriate job.
You keep in close touch with our clients, informing them of arrival times and warning them about unavoidable delays. When necessary, you also reschedule appointments. Highly driven, you feel great about increasing sales and driving profits. You love keeping our customers happy, our technicians on track, and our company thriving!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PLUMBING DISPATCHER - CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - CSR
- Experience with a home service company is preferred
- Experience with a large volume of incoming/outgoing calls is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent typing and phone skills
- Good driving record
