PANTHERx is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our HR organization of business. We seek a hands-on business advisor who will provide functional guidance and expertise and seamless service to team leaders, associates and other HR team members. This position requires the individual to demonstrate initiative, ownership and accountability to effectively provide HR support to PANTHERx. This role will have individual or shared responsibility for the effective execution of programs and initiatives in culture enhancements, employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition and management, employee relations, organization development and change management.

This job operates in a professional office or home office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partnership:
- Collaborates on and supports the design of HR strategies that are in line with PANTHERx’s operational goals.
- Acts as a business advisor to management on talent related matters.
- In conjunction with HR leadership and other team members, reviews and analyzes human capital metrics to provide actionable insights to management.
- In collaboration with HR leadership and team members, supports major business or functional change, enabling organizational growth, transformation and continuous improvement.
- Supports stakeholder groups in effectively identifying and planning for future talent needs and continually refines the talent sought to hire in the organization.
- Partners with HR leadership and specialty areas to implement strategies to ensure a high-performing and diverse workforce.
- In partnership with HR Leadership and stakeholders, implements leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
- Supports and effectively communicates successful annual and ongoing performance management processes.
- In collaboration with other HR team members, implements resources, tools, and training opportunities for leaders to manage performance and drive continuous improvement among team members and leaders.
- Partners with the HR Generalist to afford proactive and hands-on employee relations support, addressing concerns and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Counsels business management consistent with PANTHERx policies/practices, legal considerations, and organizational priorities—advocating both company and employee concerns.
- In conjunction with HRBP leadership, supports the analysis of employee relations trends to develop proactive strategies, solutions, training programs and policies.
- Ensures compliance with all employment laws and regulations in a multi-state employer environment.
- Provides counsel on HR risks, including employee relations, workplace investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree is a plus but not required.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a HR Generalist or HRBP role.
- Experience in healthcare or a related industry is highly desirable.
- Experience in a high growth environment.
- Demonstrated strong critical thinking, high emotional intelligence, and an ability to communicate clearly and influence others toward shared and successful outcomes.
- Superior relationship management skills through active listening, coaching, and counseling.
- Strong consultative skills, including relationship building, process skills, facilitation skills, and balance advocacy.
- Creative problem solver with a strong work ethic.
- Works collaboratively and effectively in a matrix driven environment.
- In-depth knowledge of employment legislation, compliance, and HR best practices.
