Role :- Desktop Support
Location:- Bay City, Texas, Onsite role
Contract:- 1 ½ MONTHS
Job Description:-
Additionally, the Desktop Support Technician should be familiar with the following functions:
• Install and configure computer software, hardware, and peripheral equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues quickly and efficiently.
• Set up computers and other office equipment for employees.
• Provide steps to help internal users resolve technical problems.
• Maintain technical support procedures and reports.
• Create accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.

Years Required/Preferred Experience
2 Required Knowledge of the practices, principles, and techniques of computer operations.
2 Required Skill in the support of computers, in the use of applicable programs and systems, and in troubleshooting information systems.
2 Preferred User/Account management and creation.
2 Preferred Knowledge of computer re-imaging, configuration, and deployment.
