Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working with SAP, including at least 5 years in SAP FSM implementations.
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA integration with modules such as SD, PM, CS, MM, and EWM.
- Strong background in designing and implementing field service workflows, technician scheduling, workforce optimization, and mobile service execution.
- Deep understanding of SAP FSM’s capabilities and the ability to design and optimize field service processes.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP, IoT, predictive maintenance, and Procore/SAP CPQ integrations is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and innovatively when addressing complex business challenges.
- Strong ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment, working closely with delivery teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the solution.
