Responsibilities
🔹 Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of engineers and designers, encouraging innovation and high-quality work.
🔹 Oversee Projects: Guide civil site design projects from planning to execution, ensuring they stay on track, within budget, and exceed expectations.
🔹 Build Client Relationships: Foster trust with real estate development and redevelopment clients, anticipating their needs and delivering top-tier solutions.
🔹 Drive Innovation: Integrate sustainable, forward-thinking approaches into your designs, setting new standards in land development.
🔹 Collaborate Effectively: Partner with diverse stakeholders to develop integrated designs that blend seamlessly with their environment.
Required Skills
✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
✔ Experience: At least five years of site/civil engineering experience focused on land development projects.
✔ Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license in North Carolina.
✔ Leadership & Strategy: Proven ability to mentor teams, lead discussions, and drive successful project outcomes.
✔ Exceptional Communication: Ability to translate complex ideas into actionable solutions for both teams and clients.
