Our busy quick service restaurant is looking for a motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities to fill the position of shift manager. As the shift manager, it will be your responsibility to oversee the staff, greet and serve customers, and manage the restaurant during a specific shift. You will work alongside team members to make sure food and beverages are delivered to customers quickly. This role is responsible for scheduling employees, assigning them tasks, handling client complaints, and ensuring that all food and drink safety regulations are followed. Our ideal candidate has a history of working in a quick service or fast food restaurant, strong organizational skills, and supervisory experience. Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer issues in a timely, efficient, and polite manner
- Delegate activities to employees and make sure they are executed efficiently and successfully to ensure quick service of all food and beverage
- Instruct the staff on safety procedures, customer service best practices, and restaurant cleanliness requirements
- Maintain and ensure that each site is well stocked, order supplies, and arrange the product delivery
- Schedule shifts, train and oversee restaurant employees to boost productivity levels and compliance
