Area Superviosr

This is a franchise position.

The Area Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of General Managers within an area that consists of multiple stores. Responsibilities include the execution of all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. In addition to this they will need to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices. Other key components include leading people development, product quality, customer satisfaction, image management, and restaurant profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Attract, develop, and retain high preforming staff
• Manage operations
• Oversee financial goals while managing Profit and Loss system and execute sales plan
• Instruct, train, coach, and develop management team to company standard as well as instilling the ability to develop others
• Adhere to Papa Johns policies, practices, and procedures by effectively utilizing company resources, scheduling deploying and managing training, providing necessary resources, and regularly visiting restaurants monitoring key performance indicators
• Follow safety and security standards at all time

Requirements:

• Travel required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Execute cash management duties with POS and Shift Reports
• Help manage adequate inventory levels using company systems and guidelines to reduce loss
• Manage company’s assets and keep restaurants clean, safe and organized
• Cash management skills
• Follow safety and security standards at all times
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Lift 50 pounds
• Stand for prolonged periods
• Lead a team with no supervision and build an atmosphere of teamwork, and energy
• Aptitude to learn internal computer systems to preform critical job duties
• Work with phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers
• Perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant, including pizza delivery
• Communicate, train, and promote quality standards to team members
• Respond to all customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally
• Work to make Papa Johns a leader in its market
• Must be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled including nights, weekends, and when emergencies arise
• Exempt, salaried position
