Papa Lou's Kitchen in Fayetteville, GA is looking for an assistant manager to join our strong team. The ideal candidate is attentive, very reliable, assertive and must be detail oriented!
Responsibilities
- Train, coach, and develop new employees and current staff
- ACTIVE duties as a server/cashier during shifts while providing managerial oversite when needed
- Assigns daily tasks to staff and provide follow-up to ownership as needed
- Hold all employees accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed. Hold quarterly employee evaluation meetings
- Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate customer service
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are constantly met
- Handle all Staff scheduling appropriately to control labor costs within labor budget
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and employees/co-workers
- Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our core values and culture
- Ability to manage a growing, clean and customer-focused restaurant
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
