TERRITORY MANAGER – COMPACT CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT:

Pape’ Machinery, the premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is looking for a Territory Manager to join their sales team in Southwest Oregon. This position will specialize in Compact Construction Equipment and serve the Southern Willamette Valley.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our Territory Manager, you will be in a lucrative sales career where your earning potential and success are unlimited! Your primary focus will be on selling all types of compact construction equipment, while leveraging technology to provide customers efficiency and profit for their business. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain a high level of awareness, participation, and market share in your territory, along with utilizing the company’s CRM (Salesforce) at a high level. This includes completing monthly reporting of wins/losses, participation/awareness, and timely expense submittals.

WHAT YOU NEED:


  • Previous sales experience.
  • Knowledge of construction or agricultural equipment.
  • Financing background preferred
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Driver’s license with a good driving record. Position will require the member to already have or obtain a commercial driver’s license and be able to haul equipment to customer sites for demo/delivery.
  • Experience operating equipment and heavy-duty pickup/trailer combination preferred.
  • Must reside in your assigned territory.

Compensation: Salary Commission
