We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to help us sell our stunning large-scale paper flower décor . While experience in the event industry, fashion / retail, or hotels / malls is a plus, it’s not a requirement—what matters most is your passion for sales and ability to connect with clients.
Location : Jersey City, NJ (super close to PATH train - Exchange Place / Grove Street)
We are Paper&Flowers , a luxury event décor company specializing in creating breathtaking paper flower installations for high-end events and prestigious clients. Our work has been featured in projects for Dior, Google, Amazon, the Met Gala, Olivia Rodrigo, American Dream Mall, Hilton , and more.
We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to work with both warm and cold clients, offering our unique event and space décor solutions. Currently, our primary focus is on event planners, hotels, malls, and the fashion / retail industry , so having strong connections in any of these sectors is a significant advantage.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have :

- Excellent selling skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
- Ambition, drive, and a goal-oriented mindset
- Connections in event planning, fashion / retail, or hotels / malls (preferred but not necessary)
