Job Summary:
The Operations Specialist supports the daily operations of Paperboy Marketing by managing contract staging, inventory, supply orders, and employee onboarding. This role is also responsible for reporting delivery totals to clients on a weekly basis to ensure clear communication and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Stage Contracts:
- Prepare and organize contracts for new and existing contractors.
2. Inventory Management:
- Track and maintain inventory levels for flyers and other necessary supplies.
- Regularly review inventory to ensure sufficient stock is available for operational needs.
3. Order Flyers and Supplies:
- Place orders for flyers and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery for ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure correct quantities and specifications are met.
4. Onboarding Contractors:
- Conduct the onboarding process for new contractors following the Onboarding Checklist.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and equipment or materials are provided.
5. Offboarding Contractors:
- Manage the offboarding process for contractors, ensuring all paperwork and returns of materials are completed efficiently.
6. Weekly Delivery Reporting:
- Compile and report weekly delivery totals to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
- Maintain clear records of delivery performance for review and client updates.
Qualifications
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills.
- Desire to learn delivery logistic methods and tracking systems.
- Strong desire to onboard new employees.
- Enjoys relationship building with clients.
- Two years of work experience in warehouse, delivery, or customer service.
- High ability to stay organized and carry out daily tasks in order.
- Familiarity with computer databases, data entry, and reporting.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to be physically carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and rotate, twist, stand and sit.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
