Main Responsibilities
- Pre-Shift Preparation: Set up and stock banquet bars with necessary supplies, including glassware, ice, liquor, soft drinks, mixes, and associated equipment.
- Beverage Service: Receive and fulfill beverage orders from customers and cocktail servers, adhering to standard recipes and procedures.
- Cash Handling: Operate cash registers, complete transactions according to procedures, and maintain accurate bank balances.
- Bar Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area, including removing used glasses, emptying ashtrays, and wiping down surfaces.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Previous experience as a bartender is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
- Able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 25 pounds.
