Do you have a passion for educating and inspiring excellence? Intervention Specialists perform a key role in preparing our students for success. We are looking for a highly driven intervention specialist for K through 6th grade to join our growing school in the 2025-2026 school year!

Key Credentials:
- Standard or Alternative Intervention Specialist Licensure (mild-moderate or moderate-intensive), valid in the State of Ohio or Building Substitute--Education Unlimited license.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited institution of higher education
Ideally You Will Have:
- High level of critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience with collecting, documenting, and using student data to drive interventions and instruction
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Skill in exercising tact and discretion when communicating with students and parents
- Passion to inspire and motivate all students.
- Full dedication as an active participant driving both student and school growth.
- Dedication to collaborating as part of a solutions-focused team.
- Willingness to lead both in the classroom and out, building a strong alliance of mutual trust and collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the needs of students with disabilities.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and specialists to enhance educational strategies.
- Provide direct support to students, including tutoring and mentoring.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in special education.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
