Job Description Summary
To handle Laboratory Operations:- Workforce planning and allocation of work
- Facilitating the required materials, document/records for laboratory testing
- Supervising the testing activity and troubleshooting on need basis
- Providing training/coaching to the analysts in a proactive manner to avoid laboratory errors/Analyst errors
- Attending the meetings w r t batch planning and further deliverables
- To report and investigate the non-conformances reported in the lab
- To take part in the QMS discussions esp in the laboratory events, Change records and CAPA implementations
- Escalating the atypical results, excursions, discrepancies identified in the laboratory
- Review and approve laboratory documents and records
