Information and Enterprise Business Systems Intern

We are seeking a motivated IT intern to help drive our digital transformation efforts while also playing a key role as our frontline IT resource for our employees.

As an Information and Enterprise Business Systems Intern, you will work with the IS team and be one of the primary interfaces with employees onsite and virtually. You'll help ensure our teams have the tools and resources to meet our customer needs with a fun mix of hands-on and virtual technical troubleshooting - from workstations to printers to performing initial triage of hardware, software, networking, telephone issues, the experience you'll gain is endless. As an investigator in our tier one problem resolution process, you'll get to interact with employees to determine what steps are next and in many cases be the hero and advisor in resolving simple to complex issues for our end users. But don't worry, you are not alone, we have a skilled team of people that can also assist. So, when tier two or three is needed, you get to make the call and phone a friend to take on the next steps.

In addition, this role focuses on building automation solutions - designing dynamic dashboards and developing predictive analytics models to help our teams make data-driven decisions. If designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms excites you this blended internship role could help set your skillset apart from others. Your collaborative approach will help you partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

We offer market competitive pay and benefits based upon the candidate's skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Our starting rate of pay for this hourly position is targeted at $22.00 per hour and is eligible to receive overtime pay based on federal, state and local wage and hour laws.
