Position Description:

The Shipping Specialist is responsible for packaging, shipping, and handling computer equipment to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers and internal departments. This role involves maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to quality standards, and collaborating in a team environment to meet operational goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Entrees (Requirements):

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
• 1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or a similar environment preferred.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily responsibilities.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in shipping, documentation, and process execution.
• Communication Skills: Ability to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions effectively.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn on the job and adapt to changing priorities.

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

• Packaging and Shipping Management: Take ownership of the end-to-end process for packaging and shipping computer equipment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company standards.
• Shipping System Expertise: Utilize current shipping systems to prepare shipments, generate labels, and complete required documentation efficiently and accurately.
• Workspace Organization: Maintain a clean and orderly work environment by applying 5S methodology, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to company policies.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work aligns with the corporation's Quality Policy, focusing on delivering exceptional results and continuous improvement.

• Interview #1: Phone Screen with Talent Acquisition Team
• Interview #2: Onsite interview with the Hiring Manager (via MS Teams)
