What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- 1-2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or a similar environment preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily responsibilities.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in shipping, documentation, and process execution.
- Communication Skills: Ability to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions effectively.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn on the job and adapt to changing priorities.
- Packaging and Shipping Management: Take ownership of the end-to-end process for packaging and shipping computer equipment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to company standards.
- Shipping System Expertise: Utilize current shipping systems to prepare shipments, generate labels, and complete required documentation efficiently and accurately.
- Workspace Organization: Maintain a clean and orderly work environment by applying 5S methodology, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work aligns with the corporation's Quality Policy, focusing on delivering exceptional results and continuous improvement.
