Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- At least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Experience with B2B or B2B2C enterprise-grade applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management platforms
- Knowledge of business analysis best practices and methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of success in agile environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred)
- Technical proficiency or familiarity with Cloud Services and APIs
- Ability to simplify complex ideas for various stakeholders
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across departments and levels
- Experience in fast-paced, data-driven, tech-forward companies
- Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis
- Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Create business documentation including use cases, process flows, and requirements
- Evaluate current systems and propose areas for improvement
- Partner with IT teams to ensure business needs align with technical solutions
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide post-implementation support
- Track project KPIs and deliver insights to stakeholders
- Participate in Agile Scrum events as a Product team representative
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on priorities
- Help coordinate large solution deliveries with the broader product team
