Education
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field, or continued HR education certifications in HR Operations, analytics and/or data preferred
- 6 years of experience in HR operations with focus in data maintenance, compliance, and process regulation
- 3 years of experience working in ADP HRIS (preferably Workforce Now)
- Working experience of Microsoft Office including Excel (Pivot Table, V-lookup, chart experience is a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to independently communicate and collaborate effectively with HR teams and cross-department leadership
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all tasks
- Exceptional organizational skills, adept at managing multiple processes, systems, and projects concurrently
Data Management & Analysis
- Independently manage the collection and maintenance of all employee data, including but not limited to:
- Onboarding new hires
- Manager changes
- Promotions
- Title changes
- Department changes
- Company transfers
- Compensation (including variable comp and sales commissions)
- Offboarding (processing in ADP and with IT and finance)
- Manage monthly finance reporting (census and termination report)
Compliance & Audit
- Independently manage I-9 administration for new hires
- Order I-9s
- Track I-9 completion and accuracy
- Complete E-Verify
- Download and save completed Form I-9, I-9 Supporting Documents, and E-Verify in electronic employee files
- Oversee maintenance of electronic employee files and upload all appropriate documentation to ADP
- Perform regular audits of HR data and processes to ensure compliance, consistency, and adherence to internal policies and external regulations
- Manage labor law postings intranet page for U.S. (federal and individualized states)
- Independently manage HR Operations inbox and assist with employee and HR team questions and requests
- Oversee and produce service anniversary reports, post service anniversaries on ADP homepage, send list to HR Ops Manager to distribute to employees and to payroll for processing
- Process wellness reimbursements based on internal guidelines
- Maintain wellness reimbursement submissions in ticketing system
- Verify reimbursement submission eligibility
- Capture reimbursements in ADP
- Forward submissions to payroll for processing
- Complete employment verifications for North America – both verbal and written
- Complete state specific unemployment documentation (with payroll)
- Interview #1: Phone Screen with Talent Acquisition Team
- Interview #2: Video interview with the Hiring Manager (via MS Teams)
- Interview #3: Video interview with the Team (via MS Teams)
