About this Role:
We are looking for an energetic and proactive HR Representative to take ownership of key HR processes for our dynamic company. You will serve as the central point of contact for the HR Department, managing administrative duties across a broad spectrum of HR functions – from onboarding exceptional talent and fostering positive employee relations to administering benefits and maintaining HR records. This role offers an excellent platform for professional growth and development within a thriving organization.
What You'll Do:
  • Serves as the main HR contact for internal employee and external customer questions/concerns and partners with other areas of HR to ensure solutions are provided in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Facilitate the hiring process by coordinating offer letter, welcome information, and new hire training.
  • Assists in the talent acquisition function by maintaining communication with potential candidates, third party agencies and hiring managers as well as assisting in the interview process, including, but not limited to, pre-assessment screening, paperwork processing, reference checking/employment verification and candidate follow-up.
  • Coordinate employee changes
  • Work closely with all departments to complete internal and external client driven requests.
  • Aide with reports, HR, Benefits and Payroll audits, and improvements
  • Maintain human resources records including new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases, etc.
  • Leave administration
  • Conduct benefit orientation and assist employees with enrolling in benefit programs.
  • Contribute to HR projects as needed
  • Other duties as required
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or relevant discipline
  • Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position, 2 years
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
