**Project Manager**
This is a senior leadership position that oversees Parabit's project management functions, ensuring organizational effectiveness.
The Project Manager will collaborate with the President and Senior Management to create strategies, policies, and practices.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage various accounts and projects
- Assess new build plans and production procedures
- Maintain open communication with departments, vendors, and clients
- Lead project progression from proposal to completion
- Ensure timely project transitions through Tech Transfer and R&D phases
- Hold cross-functional teams accountable
- Maintain accurate Purchase Order lines and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Implement industry best practices throughout project execution
Requirements:
- 4-year bachelor's degree
- Strong appreciation of design-build contracting methodology
- At least 3 years' experience in Project Management
- Strong background in manufacturing
- Excellent computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Demonstrated leadership and vision
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management style
