Job Description
Misa Plumbing, a Power-Flo Technologies company, is seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to lead the team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. They will also manage and motivate foreman, field technicians, and office administration, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope
- Manages and motivates foreman, field technicians, and office administration, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment
- Quotes customers based on site visits and information from field technicians
- Tracks project milestones and deliverables
- Creates and manages project budgets
- Monitors and controls project expenses, tracking costs against the budget
- Establishes and executes a project communication plan
- Assigns duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel
- Stays informed about and ensures compliance with relevant plumbing codes, regulations, and standards
- Obtains necessary permits and approvals for the project
- Identifies and addresses issues or conflicts within the project team promptly
- Implements and enforces quality control processes to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations
- Finds new opportunities to grow sales selling projects to both new and existing customers
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years' experience in Plumbing Contracting including quotations experience
- Must be familiar with NYC DOB Plumbing Code and permitting process
- Ability to manage multiple jobs at one time
- Leadership experience in managing and working with others
