Our exceptional energy sales professionals have access to industry leading tools, resources and sales support helping you to realize your full potential. You will be responsible for building new customer relationships and closing accounts. In addition, you will up-sell to existing customers, qualify leads, set appointments, and communicate opportunities to the outside sales force.
Key responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to :
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and voicemails to foster client relationships and sign new customers.
- Process and distribute applicable Residential / Commercial Supply agreements.
- Qualify leads and set appointments in for Energy consultants in the field.
- Review all relevant customer account documentation and follow up for any missing items.
- Occasional outbound calls to existing customers to upsell additional services and maintain client relationships
