What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Superintendents position at Paradigm Commercial Construction?
COMPANY:
Paradigm Construction is a commercial general contractor that has been around for 15 years. We’re looking for some hard working individuals to fill some vacancies. Current positions open are: general laborer, skilled laborer, framer, trim carpenter, and field superintendent.
POSITION:
Field Superintendents are responsible for overseeing the project they are assigned to. The superintendent will be required to run their job site within budget, keep it on schedule, and ensure that sub-contractors are kept up to speed of the progress of the job site. Safety on the job site should be one of the top priorities of the superintendent. Site cleanliness and equipment logs will also be key tasks, in addition to any other duties assigned.
