The IT Systems Administrator is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and optimization of cloud-based applications and platforms, ensuring stability, performance, and security. As an IT Systems Administrator you will :
- Manage security settings, user roles, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
- Monitor platform performance, utilization, and capacity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and outages.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures.
- Support developers and users within service-level agreements.
- Manage software licenses and vendor relationships.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field. 5 years of experience in IT systems administration in enterprise environments. Strong knowledge of infrastructure management (change, problem, and release management). Proficiency with Microsoft environments and enterprise applications. Experience with system upgrades, disaster recovery, and project management. Preferred : Experience with SQL, relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle), SSRS, Power BI, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). 2 years managing / administering Epicor Kinetic. Proficiency in MS Windows operating systems.
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
