Role: Business Analyst || workday with HCM and Financials ||
Location: St Paul, MN
Work mode: Hybrid (Weekly 2 days from office is must)
Visa: USC/H1s are fine
Rates: DOE
Mandatory Qualifications:
- S. or B.A. degree (4 year) (or Associates degree plus
- an additional 5 years experience)
- Demonstrated competency with Workday Financial
- and/or Human Capital Management modules
- 5 years experience in working with multiple
- stakeholder groups to elicit, prioritize, and document
- requirements for a SaaS system
- Ability to document and improve in-scope business
- processes to realize optimal value

Desired Qualifications:
- Experience as a Business Analyst in state, county, or
- city governments or non-profit sector
- Ability to contribute to the development and delivery
- of Workday-related training to multiple stakeholder
- groups
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or other business analysis certification
