Mandatory Qualifications:
B.S. or B.A. degree (4 year) (or Associates degree plus
an additional 5 years experience)
Demonstrated competency with Workday Financial
and/or Human Capital Management modules
5 years experience in working with multiple
stakeholder groups to elicit, prioritize, and document
requirements for a SaaS system
Ability to document and improve in-scope business
processes to realize optimal value
LOCAL Candidates only
Desired Qualifications:
Experience as a Business Analyst in state, county, or
city governments or non-profit sector
Ability to contribute to the development and delivery
of Workday-related training to multiple stakeholder
groups
CBAP, PMI-PBA, or other business analysis certification
