- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing cash registers or point-of-sale systems.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for various events, including catering services.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas throughout shifts.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced restaurant setting is essential.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry
