The Dental Specialist Lead at Paradigm Oral Health specializes in complex surgeries of the mouth, gums, teeth, neck, and jaw. As a key member of our team, you will consult with patients to determine their treatment needs and goals, perform surgical procedures, and stay up-to-date on the latest advances in oral surgery and dental technology.

• Consult with patients to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Perform a range of surgical procedures, including tooth extractions, dental implant placements, and tumor removals.
• Foster strong relationships with referral doctors and provide exceptional patient care.
• Maintain a high level of expertise through ongoing education and training.

Education and Experience

• A minimum of a single or dual degree is required for this position.
• Candidates must be board certified or board eligible, as well as maintain good standing with relevant boards.
• Ongoing licensure, certification, and continuing education are also essential.
