At Paradigm Oral Health, we are seeking an exceptional Oral Surgeon to join our team. As a specialist in surgeries of the mouth, gums, teeth, neck, and jaw, you will consult with patients about treatment options, perform surgeries, and stay up-to-date on the latest advances in surgical and dental technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with patients to determine needs and treatment goals.
- Perform surgical procedures to extract impacted or damaged teeth, place dental implants, and remove tumors and other abnormal growths of the oral and/or facial regions.
- Utilize a patient-centric approach and operate with a referral doctor-centric mindset.
- Develop and maintain a strong work ethic, maintaining high standards of ethics and reliability.
Education and Experience
- A single or dual degree is required for this role.
- Board Certification/Board Eligibility is mandatory, along with good standing with the Board.
- Current licensure, certification, and continuing education are essential for success in this position.
